Here’s what you get:
- Access to a variety of interesting tech shared by the many members. You are encouraged to bring your interests to the space to share with others.
- Access to high-speed wired and wireless internet.
- Free admission to member-related events held in the space.
- Access to the space (2 nites a week to start) from approximately 6:00pm to 10:00pm (we are working towards providing more access in the future).
Three Simple Rules
1. Pay your fees
To ensure a well-functioning space, fees are due on the first business day of every month. Members with outstanding fees at the beginning of the month will have a five day grace period to settle their accounts before membership is terminated. See fee schedule for current costs.
2. Don't be a jerk
SimCoLab is aiming to foster an inclusive and welcoming space. To that end, we ask that all members contribute to a positive environment by:
Being nice human beings to each other
Respecting each others’ space and belongings
Not breaking the law
3. Stay safe
Your safety is our first concern. Please use tools responsibly, familiarize yourself with any training documentation, and attend any required training sessions before using special equipment on-site. If you have any safety concerns, please take an active role in preventing injury by working to mitigate the risk of harm to other individuals and the space, and by reporting any safety concerns to someone on duty or another member of SimCoLab. SimCoLab is not liable for your safety or the equipment. Your safety is your responsibility.
